Overview
The night after another unsatisfactory New Year's party, Tim's father tells his son that the men in his family have always had the ability to travel through time. They can't change history, but they can change what happens and has happened in their own lives. Thus begins the start of a lesson in learning to appreciate life itself as it is, as it comes, and most importantly, the people living alongside us.

What would you do if you could live every day over again? I mean besides picking up a dessert at Pret a Manger... Join your favourite TransAtlantic podcasting crew: Ian, Liam, Ethan, and Georgia as we're clenching our fists in the cupboard before trying to write this intro better the next time. We're dining in the dark in our 139th episode as we discuss:
- The original choice for Mary and what exactly is a manic pixie girl?
- How difficult it is to write a time travel movie and how this film fails its own internal logic (especially in the key moment)
- Where do we know older Mary from and why is she so great?
- Do we all just want Bill Nighy to be our dad?
- Georgia's face blindness is up to a 10 on this one
- Is this the best Richard Curtis film ever?
- Does Tim go too far in his 'date' with Charlotte?
- We wish a happy birthday to a friend of the podcast and welcome another one into the Patreon pool
- Whether or not About Time is the Best Film Ever
